Struggling with loneliness and lacking enthusiasm to eat?

You Are Not Alone

Eat With Me partners friendly volunteers with older adults in need of a social connection and a nutritious meal

In countries across the globe 20-34% of over 65's identify as being lonely. Loneliness has been linked to reduced health in the elderly population, with many experiencing malnutrition as a consequence. Eat With Me combats this by sending volunteers to cook and eat a provided meal with a local older adult in the comfort of their own home.
